JSC "Idamas" together with their partner JSC "Leksinova" have successfully completed the "Implementation of electronic democracy decisions in Vilnius region municipality" project .

During the project realization partners have created and implemented a modern website of the municipality, based on and managed with the help of content management system "SmartWeb". The internet portal is equipped with the legal acts and drafts publication, conference organization, Council member blog, electronic services and meeting management subsystems. These electronic decisions ensure the effective and transparent functioning of the local government and the quality of public services offered by municipality. In near future the descriptions of public services and application forms will be published on the municipality's website and will be provided interactively. The implemented electronic democracy decisions will help to maintain the cooperation between municipality and citizens, ensuring the participation of citizens in consideration of legal drafts and decision making processes.
