JSC “Idamas” was established on the 4th of January, 2002. Since the beginning our enterprise has offered various IT solutions and consultations for the public and private sector institutions. 

JSC “Idamas” has begun with the development of  websites and web design for companies and organizations that were seeking precision, clearness, and exception.

In 2008 the client list of JSC “Idamas” in the public and private sectors exceeded 400 clients.  One third of them were local government institutions, over a 100 clients from a public sector, as well as other Lithuanian and foreign companies.

In June 2009  the first document management system was created for Jurbarkas municipality administration. The purpose of this system was the fulfilment of the hole document existence cycle beginning from its creation to archivation in the electronic environment.

In 2009 JSC “Idamas” started the implementation of “One-stop shop” “E-democracy” projects in local government institutions and public organizations. During the development of these projects new document management, service management, council meetings management systems, were installed in our clients' institutions. These systems provide the possibility to optimize everyday work in local government institutions and other organizations.

At the moment “One-stop shop” and “E-democracy” projects have been successfully implemented in 17 munisipalities and in 2 public institutions. 

JSC “Idamas” is one of the biggest “One-stop shop” project founders in Lithuania.
